BizBuyGuy was founded by Troy Remelski, an ecommerce veteran, after one of his fellow ecom friends wanted to get out of his ecommerce businesses.
When his friend approached website brokers about selling his businesses, there were commissions to pay, hurdles to jump through, and many times it would take 90 days or more to sell a business & that was if the broker was even interested in listing their business in the first place. The whole process was pretty long & frustrating.
After hearing about the frustrations involved in selling a business through a broker, Troy said “How about I just buy your business? I like having new projects & that will get you out of your business fast. We’ll just skip the middle man!”
About a week later, Troy bought his first business & his friend had cash in the bank.
That friend knew someone else who wanted to sell, so Troy bought that business as well. It wasn’t long before Troy was the ‘BizBuyGuy’ and people were sending him deals to evaluate.

- Revenue of the business
- Profit the business generates
- Landed costs of your products
- Selling price of your products
Within 2-3 business days you will receive an email response indicating whether or not your business is of interest to us. If we’re interested, then we’ll ask to verify the numbers you gave us by requesting temporary ‘view only’ access to your seller central account.
We’ll make you an offer! If you accept, we will open up an escrow account at escrow.com & deposit the money for you. You will receive instructions on how to hand over your business and receive your money!

What are you going to do with my business?

Do I have to tell you my ASINs?
Not right away, we know that sellers like to protect their business names & ASINs. We don’t ask you to share that info with us if your business until we get some general numbers from you and KNOW we are interested in your business. Before we ask for ‘view only’ access to your seller central account, we will sign a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) with you.
Is this a scam?
No, this isn’t a scam. We use a 3rd party (escrow.com) to make sure the transaction is handled fairly. So you receive your purchase money at the same time that we receive the business.
Are there any costs involved?
Not for you! We pay all necessary costs involved in the transaction.
